In this assignment we took multiple photos and pieced then together to make pano shots I learned how to operate photo-merge
For this assignment I took portrait photos. In this assignment I learned how to put subjects into focus
In this assignment I tried macro photography. I learned in this assignment how to use focus to my advantage.
For my next photo assignment I want to attempt portrait photography, here are a few examples I like. https://www.techradar.com/how-to/portrait-photography-tips
In this assignment I experimented with using a low shutter speed to get cool light bending affects. Technical Data To edit the photo I changed the color scale to mask the background. I learned from this assignment that a slow shutter speed can be great when using light painting techniques, also i learned from trial and error background lighting can really affect the photo.
In this assignment I experimented with some new photoshop techniques. Including saturation, threshold, and using multiple layers in one image. This is the original image with threshold, before being manipulated. This is the final productIn this assignment I used Layers, Guides, Resize the canvas, use Threshold dialogs, and Anchor Layers.
#1 Aperture: 9 #2 Aperture: 8 #3 Aperture: 6.3 #4 Aperture: 5 Although my pictures don't clearly show it, I was experimenting with different aperture settings and show how the light coming in affects the Depth Of Field #1 Shutter speed: 50/100 #2 Shutter speed: 40/100 #3 Shutter speed: 30/100 #4 Shutter speed: 20/100 When taking these photos I experimented with different shutter speeds and discovered the faster the speed the clearer the image. A fast shutter speed freezes an image.
A slow shutter speed causes blur and shows motion. A large aperture causes short depth of field A small aperture causes large depth of field. For my first shooting assignment I am going to attempt a light painting photo. In the past I have tried many but never have had the desired affect. I would love to try something like this but wold struggle to find a low light situation outside. I also would like to try a more motion blurred affect like this.
